If disruptions or defects occur, the host will endeavour to remedy them once made aware of them. The guest shall do what can reasonably be expected of them to help resolve the disruption and minimise any damage. The guest is liable for any damage they cause and shall keep the room in good order during their stay. Parents are responsible for their children.
